About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Winter 2027 Mechanical Engineer Co-op in Ashville, OH and Quincy, MA. The role involves design, prototyping, analysis, and production transition of hardware projects, with travel to test sites and vendors as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Design & build prototypes, analyze failures, and transition successful projects into production.
  • Present design reviews, run analysis, visit vendors, design & execute hardware test plans.
  • Use first principles physics as a basis for every decision.
  • Travel to test sites and vendors as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or any related field.
  • Must be returning to school at the end of the internship to continue academic studies for at least one quarter or semester.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities; U.S. clearance eligibility may be required depending on program.
  • Ability to complete an in-person 16-24-week internship in one of our offices in winter 2027.
