About the role

Paid, in-person internship for Winter 2027 focused on technical program management within Anduril Industries' defense technology context.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership: Lead the project from start to finish with the customer and the engineering team. Develop the technical path for success, identify engineering needs, and validate the projected product outcome with the customer.
  • Embed/Engage: Work side-by-side with customers to understand mission challenges and represent the customer as you work with Anduril engineers to shape products.
  • Build/Orchestrate: Build the solution with engineers and pivot development as needed; collaborate across internal teams to bring products to customers.
  • Plan: Develop, coordinate and communicate the path to success with internal and external partners; build sprint plans, execution plans, milestones.
  • Grow our business through customer success: Establish committed, trust-based partnerships with customers to drive top line growth and articulate Anduril’s value proposition across executive to end-user levels.

Qualifications

  • Must be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Must be returning to school at the end of the internship to continue academic studies for at least one quarter or semester.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities; U.S. clearance eligibility may be required depending on program.
  • Ability to complete an in-person 16 to 24-week internship in one of our offices in winter 2027.
