About the role

Co-op position supporting teams designing and building aerospace structures using carbon fiber composite material systems. Direct exposure to engineers and technicians working on composite aerospace structures.

Responsibilities

  • Receive problem statements guidelines, requirements, and reporting milestones
  • Independently perform trade studies, designs, and generate solutions for approval
  • Execute the procurement of hardware as necessary to implement solutions
  • Test, verify, and demonstrate the effectiveness of your solutions

Qualifications

  • Must be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • Must be returning to school at the end of the internship to continue academic studies for at least one quarter or semester.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities; U.S. clearance eligibility may be required depending on program.
  • Ability to complete an in-person 16-24-week internship in one of our offices in summer 2027.
