About the role

IT Systems Administrator with a focus on AV and automation at Hadrian’s Torrance HQ. Combines live AV production, conference room management, and IT automation to support company events and operations.

Responsibilities

  • AV: Manage Microsoft Teams environment day to day; Configure, set up, document, and run GCC High Teams meetings; Run live AV for all-hands, large team meetings, podcasts, and other events; Own break-fix for conference rooms (Logitech, Crestron, Q-SYS, etc.); Assist in standing up new conference rooms (spec equipment, vendor coordination)
  • IT: Build automation with an AI chatbot (e.g., Serval) integrated with real systems; Write code (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to automate workflows; Own ITSM workflows and integrations; Serve as escalation point for service desk; Partner with Security, Infrastructure, and DevOps on touched systems

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in IT with real-time experience as systems admin and AV owner
  • Hands-on live AV production experience (all-hands, large meetings, or podcasts)
  • Deep experience with Microsoft Teams; GCC High experience a plus; familiarity with Zoom/Google Meet
  • Comfort with conference room gear (Logitech, Crestron, Q-SYS) and troubleshoot without manuals
  • Strong scripting or coding skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
  • Working knowledge of ITSM platforms and automation; ability to design/tune real workflows
  • Experience building automations or chatbot flows (Serval, Moveworks, etc.)
  • Ability to integrate systems via APIs, webhooks, SDKs
  • Escalation point capability; ability to diagnose root causes and coach teams
  • Clear writing and communication; ability to brief execs and create runbooks
  • On-site at Torrance, CA; some travel; ability to lift up to 50 lbs
