About the role

JETSET Pilates Studio Lead role focusing on creating exceptional client experiences, supporting instructors, and managing daily operations to drive memberships and community growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales & Retention: Build genuine relationships with prospective and current clients to understand their goals and recommend memberships or packages; communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries into memberships; follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in-person; support studio sales initiatives, promotions, and events; create a welcoming personalized experience; monitor member activity and proactively re-engage at-risk members; partner with GM to achieve goals; maintain accurate lead, sales, and member notes in studio systems.
  • Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences: Greet and check-in clients; answer questions and provide solutions; build meaningful relationships and a welcoming community; deliver a five-star first-visit experience.
  • Support Positive Studio Team Culture: Support instructors before/during/after class; assist management with communications to clients; flexibility to cover shifts as needed.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Manage front desk, lobby, and studio cleanliness; answer phones and emails; process sales, memberships, and class packages; maintain client records in booking/CRM systems; process retail sales and restock inventory; support opening/closing duties and enforce policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience recommending specific services or products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in health, wellness, and helping others (passion)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred but not required
  • Proficiency with technology and comfort learning new systems
