JETSET Pilates Studio Lead role in Mason, OH. Part-time, on-site position focused on sales, client experience, team support, and studio operations to drive memberships and maintain a welcoming community.

Responsibilities

  • Build genuine relationships with prospective and current clients to understand their goals and recommend memberships or packages
  • Communicate value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries, intro offers, and studio visits into memberships
  • Follow up with leads through phone, text, email, and in-person conversations
  • Support studio sales initiatives, promotions, and events to generate leads and membership growth
  • Create a welcoming, personalized experience to keep members engaged and connected
  • Monitor member activity and proactively reach out to at-risk members
  • Partner with GM and studio team to achieve membership, retention, utilization, and revenue goals
  • Maintain accurate lead, sales, and member notes in required studio systems
  • Greet and check-in clients; answer questions and provide solutions that exceed expectations
  • Deliver a five-star first-visit experience and orient new clients to the studio and class experience
  • Build meaningful relationships and create a welcoming community
  • Assist management in communicating schedule updates and studio information to clients
  • Occasionally cover shifts to support a team-first culture
  • Manage front desk, lobby, and studio cleanliness; answer phones and process inquiries
  • Process sales, memberships, and class packages accurately
  • Maintain accurate client records in booking and CRM systems
  • Process retail sales and restock inventory
  • Support opening and closing duties and follow policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Experience recommending specific services or products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Passion for health, wellness, and helping others
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Previous customer service or front desk experience is preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency with technology and comfort learning new systems
