About the role

JETSET Pilates Studio Lead responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, supporting instructors, driving sales and retention, and maintaining smooth daily studio operations in South Lake Union, Seattle.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales & Retention: build relationships, communicate value, convert inquiries, follow up with leads, support sales initiatives, create welcoming experience, monitor engagement, partner with GM to achieve goals, maintain accurate lead/sales/member notes.
  • Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences: greet/check-in clients, solve problems, build relationships, deliver a five-star first-visit experience.
  • Support Positive Studio Team Culture: support instructors, communicate schedule updates, cover shifts as needed.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: manage front desk, answer phones/emails, process sales/memberships/packages, maintain client records, process retail, support opening/closing, follow policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience recommending specific services or products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Passion for health, wellness, and helping others
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Previous customer service or front desk experience is preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency with technology and comfort learning new systems
