About the role
Brand leadership role responsible for creating and executing Together AI’s brand strategy, narrative, and campaigns to drive brand awareness and sentiment across channels. Reports to Head of Marketing and may build the brand function from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Create the brand narrative, grounded in the vision of the company to provide open, abundant AI and appealing to a technical audience. Collaborate with CEO and other leaders
- Build brand campaign with messaging, design and channel execution that cuts through the noise
- Drive consistency of brand messaging and look & feel across marketing assets and channels
- Lead inhouse and vendor design resources
- Come up with objective goals on how to measure brand awareness and sentiment, and establish a brand tracker
- Guide and influence thought leadership content that product marketing builds
- Own the budget for brand awareness and identify top-performing levers to scale
- Foster a culture to experimentation to try new ideas that can help us scale further at the right ROI
Qualifications
- 5+ years leading brand and creative teams
- Has seen great by building high impact brand campaigns in B2B marketing
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to build something from ground up
- Experience managing budgets for brand campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and reporting
- Preferably worked as brand director across both agency and client side
