About the role
Integrated Marketing Manager to lead consumer marketing programs across LATAM with initial focus on Brazil and collaboration across Spanish-speaking markets. Based in São Paulo, hybrid model.
Responsibilities
- Build consumer strategies from research, market signals and local cultural insight, identifying the audience, unmet need and behavior each program should influence.
- Translate product features, AI capabilities and real product behavior into clear consumer use cases, messaging and brand storytelling, with accurate expectations about capabilities and limitations.
- Lead integrated campaigns from brief to launch and learning, giving paid, owned, earned, social, creators, partnerships and experiences distinct, complementary roles.
- Adapt global launches and campaigns to local needs while protecting the core brand strategy; create locally originated ideas when the opportunity calls for them.
- Connect cultural relevance with practical product utility, helping both existing users and new audiences move from discovery to trial, broader usage and repeat engagement.
- Partner with creator, social and partnership teams to sustain product education between major launches and turn cultural moments into a consistent marketing presence.
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Growth, Brand, Creative, Production, Comms, Data and Regional teams to align priorities, messaging, channel plans and launch readiness, including when timelines change quickly.
- Define success and learning plans before launch, using relevant brand and behavioral metrics and experimentation where feasible.
- Manage campaign resources, agencies, budgets and production dependencies within agreed authority; make clear trade-offs and build forward plans that account for creative lead times and local market conditions.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of technology marketing experience across Brazil and Spanish-speaking LATAM, with a proven record of leading integrated B2C programs and hands-on experience marketing AI products.
- Deep local market knowledge and an insight-first approach
- Strong product marketing expertise and genuine product curiosity. You explore AI tools yourself and can turn complex capabilities into useful, credible consumer stories.
- Strong strategic and creative judgment, connecting brand positioning, product value and distribution to a compelling central campaign idea.
- Understanding of the full consumer journey and how marketing contributes to awareness, acquisition, activation, adoption, engagement, retention or monetization, depending on the objective.
- Strong measurement and experimentation discipline, with the ability to distinguish activity and platform metrics from business impact and explain attribution limits.
- Experience balancing regional consistency with local nuance, and influencing cross-functional and global teams without relying on formal authority.
- A clear record of personal ownership: you can set direction, produce high-quality work directly, manage agencies and delivery, and make progress with incomplete inputs and limited resources.
- Fluency in Portuguese, English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across local, regional and global teams.
