About the role

Marketing Manager to execute strategic account marketing programs in India for global accounts, coordinating with EMEA and AMER teams. Based in Gurugram with hybrid work model. Focus on 1:1 and 1:few programs to accelerate growth among accounts with strong developer presence in India, aligning with global account plans and APJ marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing programs for select Global accounts with developer arms in India, coordinating with account teams to identify personas, challenges, and opportunities; deliver tailored marketing strategies and messaging to drive engagement and growth.
  • Act as a strategic marketing consultant to sales teams and clients, recommending programs and tactics aligned with sales objectives and client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (field marketing, partner marketing, customer marketing, demand generation, developer advocacy) to deliver holistic marketing within each account and integrate cross-functional programs into 1:1 Strategic Account Marketing plans.
  • GTM alignment: work with sales to align marketing efforts with goals, provide enablement resources, ensure handoff of qualified leads, and communicate activities including global, regional, and account-specific programs.
  • Measure impact & optimize: track performance metrics and ROI; evaluate program effectiveness and refine ABM campaigns based on insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of account marketing, field marketing, industry marketing or sales experience in tech
  • Experience with large Global enterprise accounts across multiple verticals (FSI, Manufacturing, Automotive Retail, etc.) and successful marketing program execution
