About the role

Meta is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive market requirements and go-to-market plans for Meta’s AI models and solutions, focusing on developers and businesses using the Meta Model API and AI developer tools. The role involves leading inbound and outbound product marketing, cross-functional collaboration, market analysis, and shaping product strategy to grow awareness and adoption across Meta apps and Reality Labs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent market requirements with Product Management, Engineering, and Research
  • Understand AI developer/business needs and product risk areas to prioritize recommendations for product, engineering, research and design teams
  • Drive cross-functional projects to build innovative solutions for AI developers/businesses and ensure strategic incorporation of products
  • Align approaches across regions and verticals while scaling impact to meet market-specific needs
  • Own go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of products and solutions, guiding cross-functional teams on developer communications, product documentation, and positioning
  • Drive go-to-market activations across internal sales and partnerships teams with effective messaging for various audiences
  • Collaborate with brand, partnerships, and developer marketing on outbound marketing and advertising to drive awareness, adoption, and long-term engagement

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in technology product marketing, strategic marketing, product management, or management consulting
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through influence and resolving competing perspectives
  • Analytical, data-driven decision-maker with ability to simplify complex issues
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, prioritization, and multi-project management skills
  • Effective communication with technical, business, and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
