About the role

Founding role building the Revenue Operations function, shaping GTM motions, AI-enabled workflows, and how customers experience Wispr across the journey.

Responsibilities

  • Run the operating cadence and planning: forecast, pipeline reviews, stage and hygiene discipline, territories, quotas, targets, capacity and coverage, segmentation, and headcount.
  • Own the lead-to-pipeline process and its outcomes: qualification, routing, and SLAs for right leads to right rep, with a self-serve path for the rest; design and own conversion and SLA numbers, partner with engineering on the build.
  • Stand up the deal desk and quote-to-cash: deal structure, pricing and discount approvals, quoting, and handoff from closed-won to provisioned and billed.
  • Own the GTM data model: requirements for Salesforce and warehouse data (ClickHouse, dbt), own the model; engineering owns platform build.
  • Bring AI into the core of ops: code-based, versioned workflows; agentic workflows for enrichment, data hygiene, account research, list building, and meeting/deal processing.
  • Report on the full funnel and turn it into action: conversion, pipeline generation, attainment, SLA, and retention, in Hex and Salesforce.
  • Support the team and customer journey: rep onboarding and plays, and how prospects and customers move through the funnel.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in revenue or sales operations, or a technical GTM role, across product-led and sales-led motions
  • Built ops from scratch on a lean team and owned outcomes (forecasting and planning, lead routing and enrichment, core CRM process) across sales, CS, and marketing
  • Customer-facing experience is a plus
  • Systems thinker fluent with data, CRM, and modern GTM tooling; comfortable with warehouse data (SQL, dbt)
  • Technical background (CS, math, stats) common fit
  • Experience building with AI, using coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor), working in a repo (git)
  • Ability to connect operational detail to revenue numbers and advise leadership
  • Ability to reason from first principles, hold opinions, test fast, and own outcomes
