About the role

Product Operations Specialist on the Air Defense C2 team responsible for maintaining and improving the operational backbone that connects deployed fleet to build, ship, and sustain teams; turns field failures and readiness signals into structured, prioritized insights for engineering, product, and program stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Feedback Loop & Voice of the Field: turn field failures, RMAs, readiness signals, and deployment friction into structured, prioritized feedback; coordinate RCCA with engineering; surface insight for product roadmap and program decisions.
  • Maintain the Single Source of Truth, Data & Reporting: own real-time source of truth for Air Defense C2 compute (status, location, configuration, lifecycle); build/maintain readiness, reliability, and sustainment metrics; identify trends and surface recommendations.
  • Maintain & Improve Process and Tooling: keep SOPs and tracking-system workflows (Salesforce, JIRA, Airtable, Slack, Oracle/Odoo) aligned with hardware reality and scalable as the program grows.
  • Support Program Scalability & Fulfillment: partner with Deployment Operations, Special Projects, and C2 team to translate requirements and forecasts into actionable fulfillment and sustainment plans; execute projects to reduce deployment/O&S friction.
  • Coordinate Incident Triage: act as operational contact for issues affecting deployed C2 hardware; triage, coordinate resolution, escalate to engineering; hands-on troubleshooting as needed (log review, basic Linux CLI, hardware swaps).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years in product operations, technical operations, program/product support, or similar in fast-paced startup, hardware, or logistics
  • Ability to turn operational/field data into insights and recommendations for cross-functional decisions
  • Strong cross-functional communication across product, engineering, business, and sustainment
  • Experience working with integrated systems (Oracle ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, JIRA, Slack)
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
  • On-site work at Anduril Irvine, CA at least 3 days per week
