About the role

SEIT Lead for the IBCS-M program, responsible for end-to-end integration, test planning and execution, baselines, and gate reviews across hardware, software, and vendor interfaces in a fast-moving defense software-defined system.

Responsibilities

  • Direct integration across the system: Own the physical and functional integration of IBCS-M subsystems, driving SDK, API, and secure-connectivity integration for first-party Anduril systems (e.g., Vampire, RPS-42, WISP) and third-party partner systems onto the IBCS-M network and data fabric.
  • Own test planning, execution, and validation: Define the technical test approach, pass/fail criteria, and test procedures to prove system meets operational requirements; determine readiness.
  • Maintain technical baselines: Support configuration control, requirements traceability, and risk management across the system lifecycle.
  • Lead milestone and gate reviews: Own technical content and outcomes of SRR, PDR, CDR, and TRR, determining technical readiness to proceed at each stage.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, integration, and test in defense, national security, or aerospace environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading system integration across hardware, software, and/or manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience planning, executing, and documenting system-level test campaigns to validate operational requirements.
  • Experience owning requirements traceability, configuration management, and/or risk management for a complex system program.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for status updates to engineering teams and government stakeholders.
  • Ability to work across hardware, software, and test disciplines and translate between them.
  • Must be able to obtain a minimum Secret Clearance.
  • Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
