About the role

Senior Systems Engineer in Anduril’s Electronic Warfare (EW) team supporting ESM, EA/ECM systems across the full product life cycle from concept to deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Experience with system design, development and test of ESM and EA / ECM in ground-based or aerial EW domains (Counter-Radar, Counter-UAS, Counter-Comms, Counter-PNT, Counter-RCIED)
  • Embedded devices and Software Defined Radios (SDRs) involvement
  • Create system requirements, maintain requirement traceability, and perform verification and validation
  • Coordinate across disciplines to ensure complete and correct system requirements and design
  • Lead program teams through systems engineering reviews and own related CDRLs including SRR, PDR, and CDR
  • Excellent technical writing across white papers, proposals, trade studies, test plans, procedures, and reports
  • Explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Balance multiple projects concurrently
  • Work well in both team-based and independent scenarios
  • Maintain eligibility to obtain and retain an active U.S. Secret/Top Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands on systems engineering experience
  • Experience with system design, development and test of ESM and EA / ECM in one or more of the specified EW domains
  • Experience with embedded devices and SDRs
  • Experience with system requirements creation, traceability, verification and validation
  • Experience coordinating across disciplines and leading system engineering reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR)
  • Excellent technical writing and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Eligible for active U.S. Secret/Top Secret clearance
