About the role

Senior Technical Program Manager for the Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) team at Anduril Industries, leading cross-functional development and deployment of novel imaging systems with a focus on hardware/software integration, mission alignment, and on-time/on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership: Lead the project from start to finish with the customer and the engineering team. Work with technical leads to develop the right technical solution and own the schedule and roadmap for success.
  • Embed/Engage: Understand customer mission challenges, represent the customer to engineers, propose technical alternatives, and clarify priorities.
  • Build/Orchestrate: Collaborate with internal teams across engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, operations, and more to build or pivot deployments.
  • Narrative-Building: Craft and tailor stories for diverse audiences (government stakeholders, vendors, engineers) to ensure understanding of what and why we are building.
  • Execute: Deploy and deliver demonstrations, tests, site deployments, and sustainments on-schedule and on-budget; remove obstacles and manage escalations to drive progress.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years relevant industry experience
  • Recent experience managing DoD programs
  • Operational background with complex software/hardware systems
  • Proven experience with multi-disciplinary engineering teams and customers
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations and technical/programmatic reports to leadership and customers
  • Willingness to travel
  • Active U.S. Secret security clearance
