About the role

Program Manager to join Anduril’s People PM Team, owning key People Programs from talent acquisition to compensation, driving execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute critical projects within the People organization, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives.
  • Maintain comprehensive program schedules, project briefs, trackers, and risk/opportunity registers to ensure on-schedule delivery.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to design analyses that influence operational decisions.
  • Build trust with senior partners, acting as the primary interface and translating complex people data into actionable project plans.
  • Communicate across teams, craft narratives and updates to align stakeholders and drive positive program outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in program management, internal operations, human resources, or management consulting.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end execution of moderately complex programs, including risk mitigation, task tracking, and stakeholder management.
  • Motivated by Anduril's defense mission.
  • Experience in cross-functional projects with technical requirements and user-focused workflows.
  • Strong judgment, empathy, and user-perspective mindset.
  • Ability to solve complex, cross-functional problems with high ownership and low ego.
  • Proactive, solution-driven approach.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for complex project details, trade-offs, and metrics.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
