About the role

Program Manager for the People organization responsible for driving execution, managing program lifecycles, and building scalable organizational solutions across talent acquisition, compensation, and related HR workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute critical projects within the People organization, ensuring delivery against business objectives.
  • Maintain comprehensive program schedules, project briefs, trackers, and risk/opportunity registers to ensure on-schedule delivery.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to tackle complex problems and design analyses that influence operational decisions.
  • Build trust with senior partners, translate people data into actionable project plans, and serve as the primary interface for stakeholders.
  • Communicate across teams with compelling narratives and project updates to align stakeholders and drive program outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in program management, internal operations, human resources, or management consulting.
  • Experience managing end-to-end execution of moderately complex programs, including risk mitigation, task tracking, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work on cross-functional projects with both technical requirements and user-focused workflows.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to present complex project details, trade-offs, and metrics clearly.
