About the role

Founding BDR role at Vesence, an AI platform for High-Stakes Work, based in San Francisco. Direct collaboration with founders to build sales pipeline and convert outreach into qualified opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Research target accounts and identify relevant decision-makers.
  • Run personalized outreach through email, phone and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify opportunities and arrange meetings with the founder.
  • Maintain clear CRM records and follow up consistently.
  • Test messaging and share prospect feedback with the team.
  • Learn to connect Vesence’s capabilities to concrete workflows: reviewing a contract, checking a financial model or preparing a client presentation.

Qualifications

  • Experience as an outbound SDR or BDR in B2B software is a plus.
  • Hunger and dedication to win.
  • Ability to work in person in San Francisco.
  • Clear writing, thoughtful research, and confidence on the phone.
  • Curiosity about how professional firms evaluate AI: what makes a demonstration compelling, what creates trust, and what prevents adoption.
