About the role

Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) for early intervention ABA in Lansing, MI. Part-time, on-site role delivering 1:1 play-based ABA under BCBA-designed plans for neurodivergent children. BCBA-owned practice with opportunities for growth toward BCBA/BCaBA paths; paid training and exam fees covered.

Responsibilities

  • 1:1 play-based ABA in homes, preschools, parks, and libraries
  • Follow BCBA-designed plans and track progress through session data
  • Build trusting relationships with little ones and their caregivers

Qualifications

  • 40-hour RBT training certificate (or plan to finish before start)
  • Experience with young children (daycare, preschool, nanny, early education)
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and play on the floor
  • Dependability and willingness to grow with the company
  • Ability to pass regulatory, background check, and BACB eligibility requirements (18+)
