About the role

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping clients develop life, communication, and social skills in Monroe/CT area.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and record accurate session data
  • Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
  • Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education

Qualifications

  • Current RBT Certification (required)
  • CPR Certification
  • HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
  • Background check required for employment consideration
