About the role
Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) position in Rossville, Georgia, delivering in-person ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, working one-on-one with children in home and school settings.
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home and school setting
- Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
- Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
- Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA
- Attend required team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children, including high-aggression clients (e.g., teens with severe behaviors)
- Active RBT Certification
- CPR Training
- Early intervention experience (ages 2–6) (Required)
- School-based experience (Required)
- In-home experience (Required)
- Reliable transportation
