About the role
ABA Behavior Technician (RBT) role in Santa Fe, NM, working one-on-one with clients under BCBA supervision. In-person, in-home/clinic/school settings with paid training towards RBT certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting
- Collect and record data on child behaviors
- Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst
- Attend team meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum high-school degree or equivalent
- Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs
- Reliable Transportation
- Active CPR certification (Preferred)
- RBT certification preferred but not required
