About the role

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) positions in Greeley, CO with Big Bear Behavior, a Finni Health company. Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clinic, school, and home settings under BCBA supervision to help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. Full-time or part-time opportunities available.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy to support communication, social interaction, independence, and daily living skills.
  • Collect and accurately document session data and client progress.
  • Implement behavior-reduction strategies and support individualized treatment goals.
  • Build positive, professional relationships with clients and their families.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and team members to support client success.
  • Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Current CPR training.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and client confidentiality.
  • Ability to pass a required background check.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
