About the role

Full Stack Engineer role at Vendra, an AI-native manufacturing marketplace, focusing on production-grade full-stack development across frontend, backend, APIs, data systems, infrastructure, and AI workflows. High ownership with direct collaboration with founders and customers in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of production workflows across marketplace, supplier portal, internal tools, or AI automation systems.
  • Ship improvements used directly by customers, suppliers, or the Vendra team.
  • Work with founders to support new product lines.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) to prototype and ship high-quality software efficiently.
  • Become responsible for core platforms over time.
  • Plan and execute product and engineering improvements; design and build new products.
  • Improve backend systems, APIs, internal tools, and AI workflows that impact customers.
  • Define product and technical vision over time; automate procurement lifecycle from RFQ to supplier matching, quoting, ordering, tracking, and fulfillment using Agentic Workflows.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience building and shipping real products.
  • Demonstrated systems in production (degree not required).
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and ability to balance constraints.
  • Able to move across frontend, backend, APIs, data, infrastructure, and AI workflows.
  • No requirement for prior experience in supply chain or hardware.
  • Proficiency with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) and willingness to push tooling usage.
