About the role

Role on the warehouse team focused on order fulfillment, returns, inventory management, and live stream liquidation of warehouse inventory. Remote work possible within the US. 3-6 month contract with possibility of full-time employment.

Responsibilities

  • Process inbound and outbound items.
  • Hand authenticate valuable collectibles such as Funko Pops, trading cards, etc.
  • Issue buyer’s product returns based on defective/damaged items.
  • Managing product inventory.
  • Host Whatnot live streams to liquidate warehouse inventory.
  • Package items with precision and in a timely manner.
  • Good physical endurance and stamina including climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office programs used to process orders, manage inventory, and analyze data.
  • Assess then resolve issues utilizing a variety of systems, processes and technology (Asana, Zendesk, CRM, etc.).
  • Research and investigate new products, listings, sellers and quality concerns.
  • Work with other departments to research and resolve open questions.
  • Collaborate with management to improve systems and supply chain efficiency.
  • Make quick and financially sound decisions around inventory and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company with integrity, honor, and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Experience with parcel delivery, marketplace sellers, vendors, social media or supply chain operations.
  • Understanding of Ecommerce and Marketplace operations.
  • Warehouse located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Reliable transportation required.
  • Ambitious, go getter, creative.
