About the role

Product Manager on the Logistics team shaping shipping systems and experiences across Whatnot’s marketplace, responsible for seller success, buyer trust, and logistics economics.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the systems and experiences that power how anything gets shipped on Whatnot.
  • Identify shipping options that unlock new categories, countries, and seller segments across our global marketplace.
  • Achieve best-in-class shipping reliability (on-time scan rates and fulfillment standards) by building tools and systems for sellers to ship quickly and consistently.
  • Improve shipping affordability and transparency through pricing, bundling, and carrier solutions.
  • Drive sustainable logistics economics by building scalable infrastructure, data systems, and user experiences balancing buyer experience, seller needs, and business outcomes.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Operations, and external partners to deliver user-facing experiences and underlying logistics platform.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management experience with proven ability to define strategy, roadmap, and execution across multiple teams.
  • Strong product judgment balancing buyer experience, seller needs, and business economics.
  • Experience building or scaling complex systems combining user experience with platform/infrastructure.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining metrics, running experiments, and translating insights into decisions.
  • Ability to operate across ambiguity, identify high-leverage opportunities, and drive execution.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Operations.
