About the role

Role focused on building and scaling Whatnot's global business operations, partnering with leadership to drive high-impact initiatives, including international expansion, marketing investment rigor, margin analysis, and cross-functional process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Take Whatnot global: help scale UK, France, Germany, and Canada markets; partner with Product and Engineering to build scalable global solutions; conduct primary research to identify high-impact opportunities; own key market metrics (buyer/seller funnels, growth, marketing investments, margin dynamics).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
  • 5-6+ years experience in consulting, investment banking/private equity, or a fast-growing startup
  • Professional fluency in French, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functionally and drive change
  • Fluency in using AI tools for problem-solving, analysis, and execution
