JETSET Pilates Studio Lead position in Buford, GA. Part-time, on-site role focused on sales, client experience, operations, and team support to grow memberships and maintain a welcoming studio environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales & Retention - Build genuine relationships with prospective and current clients to understand their goals and recommend memberships or packages.
  • Drive Sales & Retention - Confidently communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries, intro offers, and studio visits into memberships.
  • Drive Sales & Retention - Follow up consistently with leads via phone, text, email, and in-person conversations.
  • Drive Sales & Retention - Support studio sales initiatives, promotions, and community events that generate leads and drive membership growth.
  • Drive Sales & Retention - Create a welcoming, personalized experience that keeps members engaged, satisfied, and connected to the studio.
  • Drive Sales & Retention - Monitor member activity and proactively reach out to clients who may be disengaging or at risk of canceling.
  • Drive Sales & Retention - Partner with the General Manager to achieve membership, retention, utilization, and revenue goals.
  • Drive Sales & Retention - Maintain accurate and timely lead, sales, and member notes in studio systems.
  • Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences - Greet and check-in clients warmly and professionally.
  • Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences - Answer questions, solve problems, and provide solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences - Build meaningful relationships and create a welcoming community for all.
  • Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences - Deliver a five-star first-visit experience and orient clients to the studio and class experience, following up after class.
  • Support Positive Studio Team Culture - Support instructors before, during, and after class to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Support Positive Studio Team Culture - Communicate schedule updates, studio information, and important announcements to clients.
  • Support Positive Studio Team Culture - Demonstrate flexibility and team-first mindset by covering shifts as needed.
  • Drive Operational Excellence - Manage front desk, lobby, and studio cleanliness and organization.
  • Drive Operational Excellence - Answer phones, respond to emails, and process client inquiries promptly.
  • Drive Operational Excellence - Process sales, memberships, and class packages accurately.
  • Drive Operational Excellence - Maintain accurate client records in booking and CRM systems.
  • Drive Operational Excellence - Process retail sales and restock inventory as needed.
  • Drive Operational Excellence - Support opening and closing duties and ensure policies and procedures are followed.

Qualifications

  • Experience recommending specific services or products

  • Previous customer service or front desk experience is preferred, but not required
