About the role

Outbound Sales Specialist responsible for leading outbound outreach to a verified list of short-term rental industry contacts to build new business relationships and expand the company’s footprint in the space. Role works from an established contact list, requires rapid rapport, consistent outreach cadence, and moving conversations toward meaningful opportunities. Reports to company leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, and/or messaging to a verified list of contacts in the short-term rental and hospitality space.
  • Build rapport and credibility quickly with hosts and rental companies to open new business conversations.
  • Maintain a consistent and organized outreach cadence to maximize response and conversion rates.
  • Qualify interested contacts and move them from initial conversations toward clear next steps.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective partners over time.
  • Identify and flag high-potential opportunities for leadership follow-up.
  • Log outreach activities, responses, and outcomes in an organized and trackable way.
  • Provide regular updates on outreach volume, response rates, and pipeline progress.
  • Share feedback from prospect conversations to help refine messaging and targeting over time.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an SDR, sales development, outbound sales, or similar role.
  • Proven hands-on experience conducting outbound sales outreach.
  • Experience in the short-term rental, hospitality, or travel industry is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM or outreach tracking tools is a plus.
  • Experience selling to small business owners or independent operators, such as hosts or property managers, is a plus.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with prospective partners.
  • Comfort with high-volume, consistent outreach and follow-up.
  • Strong organization and self-motivation.
  • Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent outreach cadence.
  • Comfort working from a defined contact list and moving prospects through a sales process.
