- Serve as a trusted advisor to Product and Sales leadership on pricing strategy, influencing roadmap and GTM decisions and representing pricing in executive forums.
- Lead complex, high-stakes, cross-organ pricing initiatives end to end — navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders, set precedent for future pricing programs.
- Track executive pricing deliverables and commitments end to end, including commitments to the CEO.
- Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness with the ePMO.
- Partner with Product Marketing and RevOps on enablement plans and rollout execution.
- Manage pricing-related sales escalations and the cross-functional coordination required to resolve them.
- Lead pricing analyses and business requests, turning data into recommendations for pricing decisions.
- Report on pricing outcomes and translate results into forward-looking recommendations.

- Proven experience in program management or product operations, ideally supporting pricing, monetization, or GTM initiatives in B2B SaaS with consumption-based pricing.
- Track record of driving cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication, including tracking and reporting commitments to senior leadership.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret pricing and revenue data and translate into insights and recommendations.
- Experience establishing operating rhythms, governance processes, and repeatable playbooks.
