About the role

Senior Analyst to own end-to-end GTM analytics for assigned domains, turning data into actionable insights across sales, strategy, RevOps, marketing, and deal desk. Remote-friendly role based in Costa Rica, working with SQL, dbt, Looker, and AI tools to drive data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end analysis for an assigned GTM domain (Sales, Strategy, RevOps, Marketing, Deal Desk, among others)
  • Translate ambiguous business questions into a clear analytical plan
  • Self-serve on pulling, transforming, and visualizing data using SQL, dbt, and Looker/Omni/Sigma
  • Recommend data-driven insights and next steps, not just report on metrics
  • Partner directly with revenue stakeholders to answer recurring and ad hoc data questions
  • Investigate root causes behind metric shifts (e.g., why conversion rates moved quarter over quarter)
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing dashboards and reports within your domain
  • Document analytical logic and definitions for team and stakeholder reference
  • Mentor Level 2 analysts on query writing and analytical approach
  • Use Claude and other AI tools to accelerate query development and analysis

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales motions — how opportunity stages, pipeline progression, and SFDC object structure drive metrics
  • Proficient in SQL, dbt, and Looker (or equivalent BI tools such as Sigma or Omni)
  • Skilled at building and maintaining dashboards
  • Analytical mindset with ability to derive data-driven solutions
  • Experience working directly with revenue stakeholders and answering data-related questions
  • Proficiency with Claude or similar AI tools to support analysis
  • 4+ years of experience working with GTM teams (bonus)
