About the role

Entry-level technician role focused on hands-on repair/installation of garage door components. Commission-based earnings with uncapped potential; comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

  • Physical work, every day: springs, cables, rollers, openers, motors. You repair and install it all.
  • Lifting 75+ lbs., bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, working in extreme temperatures (garages up to 100°F or freezing conditions).
  • Selling isn’t optional, it’s the job: earn based on homeowner trust and closings; training provided to help you earn the yes.

Qualifications

  • 21+, valid license, 3+ years driving record
  • Can lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, work in extreme temps
  • Some hands-on mechanical experience or comfort with tools (home services, auto shops, hospitality, DIY projects, etc.)
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal background check, drug test (THC excluded) and driving record
  • Basic tech comfort (apps, tablets); reading/math for measurements and payments
  • No sales experience required (will be taught)
