About the role

Entry-level, on-site technician role focused on hands-on mechanical repair and installation of garage door components, with mandatory selling in a 100% commission structure. Training provided and uncapped earnings potential.

Responsibilities

  • Physical work, every day: springs, cables, rollers, openers, motors. You repair and install it all.
  • Lifting 75+ lbs., bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, working in extreme temperatures (e.g., 100°F and cold garages).
  • Hands-on from first job to last.
  • Selling isn't optional, it's the job: no sale means no repair, no repair means no paycheck.

Qualifications

  • 21+, valid license, 3+ years driving record
  • Can lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, work in extreme temps
  • Some hands-on mechanical experience or comfort with tools (home services, auto shops, hospitality, DIY projects)
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal background check, drug test (THC excluded) and driving record
  • Basic tech comfort (apps, tablets); reading/math for measurements and payments
  • No sales experience required (training provided)
