About the role

Crusoe seeks a Senior Staff Program Lead to own and optimize Cloud Infrastructure execution, operating rhythms, and cross-functional handoffs within the Cloud Engineering organization. The role focuses on building an operating model to scale Cloud Infrastructure from 380 to 550+ people, driving cross-team initiatives, improving execution health, and ensuring Jira/Confluence adoption as a single source of truth.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and unblock teams on major initiatives spanning compute, storage, networking, and Crusoe Managed Kubernetes.
  • Drive initiatives to committed dates, surface slips early, and enable leadership action.
  • Measure time-to-unblock on cross-team dependencies and drive it down.
  • Run the Cloud Infrastructure staff meeting with decisions captured and actions closed.
  • Partner with Cloud Product and Technical Product Management on planning cycles to ensure pre-work and priorities are pre-negotiated.
  • Partner with Chief of Staff organization on headcount planning and org rhythm.
  • Produce recurring leadership updates and executive readouts on Cloud Infrastructure execution health.
  • Take on cross-cutting problems and drive them to outcome or named owner.
  • Support the Chief of Staff on strategic projects spanning Cloud Infrastructure and Cloud Engineering.
  • Drive adoption of Jira, Confluence, and dashboards as sources of truth; improve structure, access, hygiene, and automation.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in technical program management, software engineering, or a technical product role in an infrastructure context
  • Track record driving multi-team technical initiatives to committed dates in infra/cloud/platform
  • Evidence of building a process or operating cadence and getting others to adopt it
  • Ability to unblock without formal authority and communicate precise needs with deadlines
  • Fluency with issue tracking at scale; driven Jira adoption or equivalent migration
  • Ability to turn multi-source data into a clear execution health picture
  • Comfort with ambiguity and incomplete documentation
  • Excellent written communication for influencing large groups
  • Scrappy, low-ego, high-drive; capable of autonomous cross-functional work
