About the role

Role focused on building an AI-powered self-service analytics suite for the People team, owning Visier platform, driving AI-assisted analytics, and enabling cross-functional partnerships to turn data into actionable HR insights.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Visier Platform: configuration, metric definitions, security models, release management, and primary POC for vendor relationship; Build and extend Visier content (metrics, boards, alerts) and onboard new data subjects; Manage integration between data platform and Visier with Data Engineering; Own data quality and drive fixes to source systems.
  • Drive AI & Self-Service Analytics: ensure AI outputs align with Visier dashboards; document data models, business logic, and caveats; design access and aggregation rules for sensitive people data (comp & performance).
  • Partner & Enable the People Team: act as embedded partner to TA, Total Rewards, People Ops; conduct discovery and communicate insights to exec level; establish durable reporting cadence; build and run enablement (training, docs) to raise HR data literacy; translate business questions into deliverables and push back when needed; connect business objectives to data.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in people analytics, HR technology, or related role
  • Hands-on Visier experience (implementation or capability expansion)
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with a cloud data warehouse
  • Fluency in HR domain (recruiting, compensation, performance, org structure) and how data is recorded
  • Experience enabling others through training, documentation, or self-service enablement
  • Pragmatic data governance approach for standardized dashboards and exploration
  • Ability to work independently, manage concurrent Workstreams, and handle sensitive data with discretion
