About the role

Role owning the Visier platform and leading AI-powered self-service analytics for the People function, enabling data-driven decisions and self-service insights through Visier and AI tools within Crusoe’s enterprise data platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Visier Platform: configuration, metric definitions, security models, release management, primary POC for vendor relationship; build/extend Visier content; manage data integration between data platform and Visier; own data quality and triage failures.
  • Drive AI & Self-Service Analytics: ensure consistency between AI outputs and Visier dashboards; document data models and business logic; design access/aggregation rules for sensitive people data.
  • Partner & Enable the People Team: embed with TA, Total Rewards, People Ops; conduct discovery and communicate insights to executives; establish durable reporting cadence; build enablement (training, office hours, docs); translate business questions into deliverables; connect business objectives with data.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in people analytics, HR technology, or related role
  • Hands-on Visier experience with at least one implementation or meaningful expansion
  • Strong SQL and cloud data warehouse proficiency
  • Fluency in HR domain (recruiting, compensation, performance, org structure)
  • Experience enabling others via training, docs, or self-service transformation
  • Pragmatic data governance approach; balance standardized dashboards with exploration
  • Ability to work independently, manage concurrent workstreams, handle sensitive data with discretion
