About the role

Growth Marketing Manager focusing on website execution, SEO/AEO strategy, and localization to scale Decagon’s online presence domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Run website execution day-to-day, and build the systems to move faster: project manage and execute against the website roadmap, launching new pages, making ongoing site changes, while improving workflows and tooling to publish faster and remove bottlenecks.
  • Own and execute SEO and AEO strategy: set strategy for traditional and AI-driven search surfaces, explore programmatic approaches to scale content production, and hands-on execution including managing a content contractor.
  • Help make our site scalable as we expand internationally: own website localization work, keep cookie consent and privacy policy updated, building a site that supports multi-market growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience owning a company website day-to-day in a CMS (Webflow) with the ability to ship pages without requiring an engineer for every task.
  • Ideally some technical experience (HTML/CSS, scripting, or web development).
  • Real SEO and AEO expertise with ability to set strategy and execute, and track AI-driven search impacts.
  • Comfort with programmatic approaches to scaling content and search presence.
  • Fluent with SEO/AEO tooling (GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs) and ability to pull and interpret data.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to set goals, measure impact on pipeline, not just traffic.
  • Experience managing outside help (contractors/freelancers) and collaborating with internal teams.
