About the role

Product Manager for OpenAI’s Enterprise Identity to lead delivery of capabilities like SSO, SCIM, and identity federation across OpenAI products, enabling secure enterprise user, data, and access management at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Define the strategy and execute the roadmap for enterprise identity, spanning SSO, SCIM, and advanced admin controls.
  • Partner with customers and internal teams to design features that meet diverse enterprise security and compliance needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and GTM to evolve the enterprise identity data model for complex organizational hierarchies and administration models.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to integrate enterprise identity across ChatGPT, API, and new product surfaces.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure product success, adoption, and reliability.

Qualifications

  • Have 10+ years of product management experience leading large-scale enterprise products.
  • Have strong product judgment and can simplify complex problems.
  • Work effectively with technical teams and ship high-quality products.
  • Are analytical, user-focused, and an excellent cross-functional communicator.
  • Care deeply about using AI to improve how businesses operate.
