About the role

Constantinople delivers an AI-native banking platform. The role focuses on end-to-end program delivery across product development and client implementation, coordinating across product, engineering, legal, compliance, service & operations in a hybrid work environment based in Bangalore.

Responsibilities

  • Lead impactful programs driven by the Constantinople company mission
  • Build roadmaps and create processes to help drive measurable outcomes for our clients
  • Enable cross-functional collaboration with internal teams
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals
  • Effectively manage changes in project scope, keeping the end-goal in mind
  • Ensure smooth transitions from development to production to customer launch

Qualifications

  • A hands-on, technically driven and execution orientated
  • Have a track record of delivering impact
  • Effectively manage client / stakeholder expectations and operate within regulatory frameworks
  • Have a delivery management toolkit that allows you to work across different types of initiatives and teams
  • Experience with working across multiple programs simultaneously
