About the role

Web Project Manager role supporting SambaNova's digital ecosystem (sambanova.ai and SambaAcademy partner portal) with responsibilities ranging from content updates and page creation to governance, performance, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sambanova.ai web and SambaAcademy partner portal roadmap: intake, scoping, prioritization, and timelines.
  • Build, publish, and QA pages in HubSpot CMS: templates, modules, CTAs, and UX.
  • Maintain the design system and component library for site consistency.
  • Run the governance layer: page request process, naming conventions, approvals, and documentation.
  • Own site performance and Core Web Vitals; collaborate with developers on page speed, caching, and technical fixes.
  • Maintain analytics and tag infrastructure: GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion events.
  • Run A/B and multivariate testing for headlines, layouts, and CTAs; act on results.
  • Improve accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA).
  • Coordinate with content manager and SEO efforts on technical SEO, site structure, schema, crawlability, and redirects hygiene.
  • Monitor uptime, broken links, form failures, and integration errors; fix or escalate.
  • Collaborate with design teams and web development agencies on scope, timelines, and quality of delivery.
  • Translate business requests into clear technical requirements.
  • Partner with marketing ops on forms, lead routing, and CRM handoffs; ensure pages feed the funnel.
  • Manage translation services for Japanese localization of content updates.
  • Report web performance and roadmap status to marketing leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience managing B2B websites, ideally in tech.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Hands-on HubSpot or WordPress CMS expertise: building and publishing, not just reviewing.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design; ability to evaluate developer work and debug issues.
  • Analytics fluency with GA4 and Google Tag Manager; data-driven decision making.
  • Demonstrated project management across competing stakeholders and deadlines with prioritization.
  • Vendor and agency management experience, including project budget accountability.
  • Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals, site performance, and web accessibility standards.
  • Curiosity about technology, particularly AI/ML; no CS degree required.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Jira, Asana, and basic design/video tooling (Canva, Wistia) for fast turnarounds.
