About the role

Role focused on building AI automation and finance/legal/operational systems to scale Fluidstack’s frontier compute infrastructure and related processes, including hiring, finance/capital processes, and contract/data management.

Responsibilities

  • Build the hiring machine as software: recruiting system synced bi-directionally, onboarding generated when offer is signed
  • Build the cash view the company runs on: derive cash demand curves, payment schedules, and updated forecasts from POs, contracts, and milestones
  • Build one capital pipeline from budget to spent dollars, with automatic finance checks and funding alignment to construction milestones
  • Parse MSAs, change orders, and side letters into obligations, prices, deadlines, penalties, and SLAs for delivery and negotiations
  • Embed forward-deployed collaboration with finance, treasury, accounting, legal, and people teams, turning approvals and contract data into structured data and generated work
  • Ship production code in Go, Python, or TypeScript; work with LLM APIs and agentic frameworks; leverage AI coding tools; enable autonomous agents to perform useful work alongside engineers
  • Move fast under deadline while leaving extensible foundations for others to build upon
  • Earn credibility with non-engineering stakeholders and drive adoption of software in finance/legal/recruiting workflows

Qualifications

  • Shipped production code in Go, Python, or TypeScript; ability to adapt to problem demands
  • Built real features on LLM APIs, MCP servers, and agentic frameworks
  • Experience with AI coding tools and agents that operate autonomously
  • Ability to identify problems, design solutions, and ship without needing constant direction
  • Ability to work under deadline while maintaining solid foundations for future work
  • Credibility with finance, legal, recruiters, or auditors; delivering software tied to real deadlines
  • Product taste evident in interfaces and workflows that align with user work
  • Bonus: ERP and fixed asset accounting; FP&A, cash forecasting, capital planning; structured finance or treasury operations; contract lifecycle systems; ATS/HRIS integrations; LLM extraction over legal/financial docs
