About the role

4-week, full-time SDR program in Vienna with daily coaching, hands-on customer calls, and a potential full-time SDR offer at Fonio after completion.

Responsibilities

  • Make real customer contact from day 1, calling interested companies and warming up leads to schedule live demos of Fonio.
  • Participate in daily coaching sessions (at least 2 hours of coaching per day) with feedback on calls, group trainings, and 1:1s with the CCO.
  • Follow a structured four-week program with weekly goals, including demo days and live calls before a jury.
  • Achieve targets for demos booked and held, call quality, and demo day performance according to the evaluation criteria.

Qualifications

  • Studied or recently graduated; field of study not important.
  • German language proficiency at native-speaker level.
  • Open to feedback and able to implement it promptly.
  • Valid work authorization for Austria.
  • Available 2–27 November (Mon–Fri), approx. 09:00–19:00, on-site in Vienna.
  • Aspires to continue full-time at Fonio after the program.

Benefits

  • €4,200 gross per month for the four weeks (full-time, internship-like status but explicitly a full-time Dienstverhältnis)

  • Top 4–6 participants receive an offer as Sales Development Representative with €70,000 OTE (base + uncapped commission)
  • Clear path to €100,000 OTE within 6 months and progression to Account Executive, Account Manager, or Partner Manager
  • Lunch and dinner provided during the Academy
