About the role
SpaceXSI is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage interview logistics, candidate data, and the candidate experience in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage onsite and virtual candidate interviews
- Schedule candidate interviews and handle candidate logistics promptly and accurately
- Host candidates onsite and create a warm, human, memorable candidate experience
- Represent and facilitate partnerships with stakeholders, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure high-quality work and customer service
- Drive and participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects
- Ensure data integrity by updating candidate records in the applicant tracking system Greenhouse
- Evaluate and recommend recruitment strategies and solutions to improve efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
