About the role

Finance leader responsible for the P&L of autonomous aircraft product lines within Anduril’s Maneuver Dominance portfolio, overseeing product- and program-level finance teams and driving top- and bottom-line performance through planning, forecasting, reporting, pricing, and strategic finance.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end P&L for your product portfolio — top-line growth, gross margin, and capital allocation across the product life cycle.
  • Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation of product- and program-level financial reporting.
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with forecasts, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variances.
  • Partner with senior MD and corporate finance leaders to identify and implement ways to improve business performance and finance systems, tools and processes.
  • Build executive-level reporting and translate complex financial performance into clear, actionable insights that drive leadership decisions.
  • Create bottoms-up, data-driven models to understand segmentation, pricing optimization, scenarios, and financial returns of products and investments.
  • Own performance dashboards, alerting, and investigation into KPI health; assess impact of financial decisions on KPIs and develop strategies to drive measurable impact.
  • Develop deep relationships with customers and oversee customer program reporting, monthly invoicing, and monthly financial status reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA a plus
  • 7+ years in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting within FP&A or consulting
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, data analysis tools; experience with ERP systems (Anaplan, Netsuite, Oracle, Foundry)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs and strategic initiatives in a finance function
  • Proven ownership of a full P&L at scale, ideally in hardware/manufacturing or capital-intensive product business
  • Strong intellectual curiosity, technical precision, and analytical problem-solving
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to drive consensus and negotiate
  • Creative problem-solver; comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Security clearance eligibility; authorized to work in the United States
