About the role

Anduril Industries is hiring a Test Engineer to support solid rocket motor research, development, and manufacturing, performing both destructive and non-destructive testing of energetic materials, inert materials, and rocket motors.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the test planning process.
  • Researching and implementing industry standards.
  • Performing materials testing and solid rocket motor testing.
  • Conducting data reduction and analysis.
  • Providing status updates to leadership and customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent degree OR significant experience in data acquisition and sensor integration.
  • Minimum 0-4 years of professional experience.
  • Ability to learn and apply concepts quickly.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and programming.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong technical writing skills.
  • Ability to work alone and in a team.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
  • In this role, you will be subject to pre-employment and randomized substance screening, as required by the Company.
