About the role

Senior product leader responsible for aligning and unifying a portfolio of three products, building discovery practices, coaching engineers on product thinking, and establishing measures of success post-launch within a remote, engineering-led company.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product decisions for shared surfaces across our products such as where certain enterprise features live and what consolidated auth and billing will look like. Collaborate with product leads to align each product's roadmap to the company vision.
  • Build our product discovery practice - user conversations, customer signal, and problem validation. Set the standard for discovery, facilitate across surfaces, and coach engineers to run their own conversations.
  • Coach the product side of our product engineers, helping them frame problems, weigh evidence, talk to users, and decide what not to build.
  • Design and own the system for measuring the success of what we ship, define what 'it worked' means, and ensure post-launch validation feeds back into future work.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in product, with leadership experience managing multi-team roadmaps and shipping through others without direct authority over them.
  • Experience in startups and engineering-led organizations, influencing product without a formal PM org.
  • Ability to synthesize across domains and manage multi-product portfolios, platform/product tension, or post-acquisition integration.
  • Deep familiarity with the modern data stack, orchestration, or developer tools; bonus for agentic systems or MCP.
  • Track record of making others better at product.
