About the role

Technical Program Manager for System Behavior Analysis, sit within Platform SW Integration, overseeing triage of driving events and software issues from vehicle fleet and simulations, turning data into engineering signal and coordinating across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive triage accuracy and routing. Run triage reviews that get defects, high-severity live-service issues and safety-critical events accurately classified and routed to downstream teams.
  • Measure and improve triage health. Track throughput, misclassification, latency, backlog aging, automation coverage and regulatory-reportable issues, and use them to flag risks and provide leadership updates.
  • Program-manage triage tooling and automation. Bring requirements to the tooling/automation team, help sequence automation, and track delivery, adoption and capacity freed.
  • Manage intake and escalation. Maintain intake paths, escalation criteria and shared boards relied upon by partner teams.
  • Plan commitments and capacity. Turn milestones into quarterly triage commitments and forecast demand across onshore, offshore and vendor teams.

Qualifications

  • Systems-Oriented Background: 3+ years in technical program management or engineering operations, with a systems mindset. Bachelor's in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Data fluency: experience writing queries and dashboards on high-volume data, and using metrics to influence work.
  • Tool-builder disposition: experience building light tooling and partnering with engineering to automate manual work.
  • Stakeholder leadership and communication: ability to align teams without direct authority and provide concise updates to leadership.
  • Structure from ambiguity: ability to break complex/ambiguous problems into workstreams, milestones and owners.
