About the role

Technical Product Manager III at Bankjoy, focusing on Vendor Integration within fintech infrastructure, owning PRDs, vendor decisions, and roadmaps for payments, cards, data/identity, and related integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Take vendors from first call to production. Determine scope from vendor docs, manage pilot client relationships through UAT and go-live.
  • Write specs engineers love to build from. Produce PRDs and context docs, run readiness checks, break epics into small, testable stories.
  • Do your own technical diligence. Read .NET backend and Angular frontend to understand integrations, spot surprises, reuse components, and occasionally implement small changes.
  • Coordinate across teams. Partner with authentication, core banking data, and product teams that rely on vendors.
  • Document what ships. Author feature specs, vendor guides, client test guides, and quarterly release notes; retire outdated docs.
  • Design without waiting. Create first-draft screens in Figma and HTML prototypes for flows needing interaction.
  • Build your own tooling. Automate repeated PM tasks, develop AI agent skills, maintain knowledge base, and select simple tools.
  • Lead the squad. Set priorities with Tech Lead, align roadmap with client contracts and vendor timelines, run sprint planning, backlog grooming, and manage Jira.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years as a product manager on a B2B platform, with at least 2 years in integrations, payments, or fintech infrastructure.
  • Shipped at least one third-party integration end to end: vendor evaluation, requirements, certification, pilot, and production.
  • Clear, concise writing with ability to produce samples upon request.
  • Managed a vendor relationship where the vendor’s process set the schedule.
