About the role

Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) role supporting ABA services under supervision of a BCBA in Salt Lake City, UT. In-person, full-time position with 30-40 hours/week, providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children in various settings and contributing to data collection, treatment plan implementation, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in-home, clinic, or community settings
  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
  • Collect and document accurate data on client progress
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
  • Communicate professionally with families and team members

Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification through the BACB (Preferred)
  • Experience working with children, preferably in ABA or related fields
  • Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism
  • A compassionate and patient approach to care
  • Ability to pass background checks and meet other compliance requirements
